Services At Access Hope

Access Hope provides Tennessee with confidential crisis phone lines. More than that, we work to equip our communities to be more supportive places. We’re rooted in more than 30 years of experience, and our commitment to making a difference never wavers. Learn more about our services below.

ACCESS HOPE Line

Our Hope Line is a free, 24/7 service available to all Tennessee residents. While it is not in lieu of 911 emergency services, it is a safe place to discuss personal struggles. It is also a secure option for victims of spousal, child, or elder abuse. All callers will speak to a trained crisis telephone worker. If there is a need for support beyond the worker’s capability, we can bring a licensed counselor on the line to help.

ACCESS HOPE Care Calls

In our Care Calls program, volunteers contact homebound elderly and/or disabled individuals. These daily phone calls include well-checks, medication reminders, social interaction, and personal empowerment. This is a free service that functions on the referrals of doctors, family members, home health agencies, and community members.

Teen HOPE Line

The Access Hope Teen program is a confidential peer line to talk about life's struggles with the goal of suicide prevention and education. Our teen program is a confidential line that young adults can call 24/7.

We also use social media platforms to communicate positive coping strategies and honest discussion. We work closely with teachers, guidance counselors, churches, and juvenile courts to empower teens to talk freely and anonymously before their circumstances advance into tragedies.
