If you’re looking for a way to make a crucial impact on your Tennessee community, you just found it. Access Hope is a volunteer-run organization, and we need your help! As one of our crisis telephone line team, you’ll have a chance to be the voice of compassion and hope for those who need it most. You’ll also be part of a tightly knit family of kind, hard-working people who share your love for others.

Volunteering Opportunities with Access Hope

We’re a Christian organization that welcomes volunteers from all walks of life. What matters to us is your willingness to learn, work hard, and care for others. Our multi-faceted approach creates different opportunities for you to choose from, including:

  • 24/7 crisis hotline

  • 24/7 teen crisis hotline

  • Daily care calls to homebound, elderly, or disabled

  • Outreach and Education team

  • Call center office organization

As a volunteer with Access Hope, you get free training. We’ll equip you to employ active listening and reflective reasoning to help callers navigate their circumstances. Most importantly, you’ll have a powerful array of referral and support services at your back. You’ll also have a licensed counselor available to bring into a call if the caller’s circumstances go beyond the help you can supply. You can do your work with confidence, knowing we’ve got you covered.
